By accessing or using Tempofy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides a web-based metronome and BPM search tool. The Service is provided free of charge. By creating an account, you gain access to additional features such as favorites, custom presets, and settings sync. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for personal music practice and music production purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially redistribute the Service without authorization.
4. Account
You may create an account using social login (Google, LINE, Discord, etc.) or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. When your account is deleted, all data stored on our servers will be automatically removed.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Service operator. Copyright for song information in BPM search results belongs to the respective rights holders.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of BPM search results or metronome precision. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to network or server issues.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the Service.
